YOUR KILLER IS…

C.R.E.A.M. (Cash Rules Everything Around Me)

TAKE QUIZ AGAIN

The killer holding you back is easy to name but harder to solve.

Money is big stress.

It's one of the top things to split up marriages (nearly tied by having kids).

I'm not a finance expert. I am a writer & comedian (let’s be clear here, I am closer to being a clown than a financial advisor).

But I know a few places you can start on your journey to financial wellness.

Action Plan

  1. Read "Profit First." Find it here: https://www.amazon.com/Profit-... It's a business book, but the principles work for personal finances as well. I use it both for my personal life and my business.

  2. Follow its advice for at least four months.

  3. If you're still struggling after four months of the Profit First process, consider: asking for financial help from family (if you have the kind of family where that's not a terrible idea), looking for a better-paying job, moving somewhere cheaper, or freelancing to earn extra income. Depending on where you live, there may be support programs to help you bridge the gaps, as well.

Capitalism sucks.

If you’ve tried everything, and money is still tight, it’s not your fault.

We live in a dystopian nightmare, but hopefully one of the suggestions above will help your situation.
