YOUR KILLER IS…

Strugglin’ Mind

Full disclosure, this picture was made using AI because I did NOT want to search “suffocating rubber clown suit” on Google.

TAKE QUIZ AGAIN

A healthy mind is necessary for creativity to flourish.

David Lynch calls it "the suffocating rubber clown suit of depression."

Yes, you can still make things. But your movement is restricted and takes WAY more effort.

Feel like you're in the rubber clown suit? It's time to take action.

Action Plan

  1. Start therapy. I use an app called BetterHelp, which is great, because it's all online (here's the link: https://www.betterhelp.com/). Other less expensive options include a training clinic, community health center, or support group.

  2. Regularly attend therapy.

  3. Every day, I will write down four good things: two that happened to me that day, and two that happened in the world or my community.

It's a journey. A long one. Be kind to yourself.

I have PTSD and ADHD. I've been in therapy since 2020.

It took years for me to see improvement, but I can finally say that I’m happy and satisfied with my life and myself.

It gets better. Give yourself the time to heal.
