Fighting this killer includes staying hydrated, feeding yourself, sleeping, getting sunshine (wear sunscreen), and getting exercise.
Action Plan

Decide on a sleep schedule that will give you 8 hours. I KNOW 8 HOURS SOUNDS LIKE A LOT but even if you don't make it, you've got to try.
Set an alarm for when you'll get ready for bed, and when you'll get up in the morning.
Stick to your new schedule and water drinking habit for at least one month.
You'll notice a difference.
